Hi, I am happy to share my flat with someone who is responsible, CLEAN and friendly. I am 25 years old man who is easygoing and like to cook nice food and ready for help at anytime. In the morning I spend my time going to the GYM and then to drink my morning coffee in West quay (Mall) and reading some books there coz of my dissertation that i am working on it.
Why this area is the best place to be:
• Solent university is 10 minutes walking
• West quay Mall and shopping area around 200 meters
• ASDA around 250 meters
• 2 GYMs both around 250 meters
• HSBC, Barclays and other banks are around 100 meters
• The sea is 200 meters
• Free bus every 15 minutes from where I live to the train station
• Southampton central station (train) 500 meters
• it is in high street (Southampton)
• the living room has internet, TV LCD 32in THE KITHCEN HAS washmachine and all the stuff.

coz I’m in my country, Dubai

The rent is £250/month payable in the end of each month or £600 for all the three months if it is gonna be paid in advance. No deposit required
