Cheap, central, friendly house with big rooms/bed
Rent: £329 per month
Fun, friendly house availble now or as soon as possible, other housemates are students but it isn't necessary for you to be, house is close to both campus and just a short walk away from the city center so very central but in a calm usual quite area, very close to the sheffiled united footbal stadium but don't worry even on match days it isn't very loud and it is a safe area with lots of places to park if you require it. Bills (water, gas, heating, electric etc) are included in the rent, internet isn't but between the housemates we have alredy arrange cheap internet if you want to have it. We also have a washing machine and the living room comes with a tv and has just had leather sofas put in, the kitchen has recently had a new fridge/freezer and a new floor put in. We also have a patioed garden space which is perfect for bbqs during the summer and snowmen durning the winter. Also comes with friendly, fun, entertaing, welcoming housemates. The bedroom that is being advertised is the largest bedroom in the house, has a double bed, wardroble, desk and chair and draws as you can see from the pictures. If you have any questions feel free to ask ATTENTION: the area i've put is Ecclesall this house is withi walking distance to Ecclesall but is NOT in this area I couldn't find out the area from the list and the internet was being no help, it is near London road and a 2 minuite walk to the student building The Forge, sorry for this confusion.
