Double Room for rent in 5 bedroom student house. Double room contains new double bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Room has lock on door for security. Room for rent is the middle upstairs room. House consists of 4 second year students, 2 girls and 2 boys. Living room has large TV with three seater sofa and two arm chairs. Currently there is Sky + in the living room and we have a home phone and unlimited internet through Sky. Kitchen contains new cooker and microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Rent is £312 a month, roughly £72 a week and is paid to Carson Student properties. Bills on top however I have already paid the years water bills and TV Licence so only Sky and gas/electric is left to cover which hasn't cost a lot while I've been here. House is close to the sea front and Albert Road. 10 minutes away from the uni bus route and Lidls/Asda and 25 minutes from the main uni campus. I am moving out due to personal reasons and the room will be available to rent straight away.
