The location of the house is great close to Tesco’s, Sainsbury, local groceries stores, Savoy Cinema, the canal, 15 min walking to the University of Nottingham and to the city centre with it’s nice venues, shops and clubs.
The house is a three storey house which has three bathrooms, 7 bedrooms, spacious kitchen and living room, nice big garden with room for bicycles and ideal for bbq .
The house is located just off Derby road 2 minutes further up after the new Sainsbury’s local, in a very popular student area.
Flatmates are all lovely female students all doing a sort of different courses (both humanities and sciences subjects) clean, nice, friendly and very down to earth.
Whatever course you are doing whether you are undergraduate or postgraduate, if you are Erasmus or not, give me a shout if you are interested and I will be glad to show you around.
