Small single room to let in Siducp. There are currently two girls living here, the house is modern and we both keep it really clean and tidy. We are both students at Greenwich University going into our third year and we are looking for a housemate to join us in September. Although the room is small, we spend most of our time in the living room and kitchen as we a both sociable. There also an added study area in the living room and shelving units for whoever has this room. We are looking for someone fun who would enjoy going out, but also someone appreciates that we will both have lots of work to do in our final year. The house is in a really good location with good bus routes and direct trains to London. N. B Although the house is furnished, a bed will need to be brought as the bed which is in there now is being taken with the current housemate.
