Hey, my name is Joana and I am studying in London since last year. However, I am going home soon and I am looking for someone I can re-let my room to. The landlord (29yrs) is also living there but he is a really nice guy (and btw: he's never at home :D). It's a really nice flat in Oakwood/Enfield, in the north of London. From May 11 I would like to re-let one room to a clean, friendly and responsible person. The rent is 450 and bills are 40-60 each month. Of course, you can use the kitchen (dryer, washing machine, dish washer) and the living room (telephone and TV) as well. You will be sharing the bath room (there is a shower available) with the landlord but don't worry - he's a clean guy. The flat is located near Oakwood Bus Stop and Oakwood Tube Station (3 minutes walk), there is a small grocery, Oakwood Medical Centre, some take-aways and a Tesco Express just around the corner!
