New student halls building to be completed in September, taking bookings for 2011/12 academic year. Moving in September 10th for a 43 week tenancy. The rent is £110 per week however this includes heating, electricity, internet, TV and contents insurance. The flats are fully furnished and as the building is new will be of a high standard, and very clean. All rooms have 3/4 double bed, storage, desk and ensuite with shower. Shared living/kitchen areas are equipped with all appliances including microwave as well as couches and a breakfast bar. The building will also have a large common room with sofas, flat screen TV, pool tables and vending machines. The site will have 24 hour security and secure electronic keycard access.
Rooms can be rented individually or as groups of up to 6 per flat. You can also rent flats with only people of the same age-group/study level, i.e. under/post graduate only and we can try and match you with preferred people.
