I am a 22 year old female postgraduate student at Glasgow Caledonian University who owns a 4 bedroom flat with 2 rooms to rent. The 1st room is currently rented to Katie, a 25 year old postgraduate student at The University of Glasgow. Students are preferred for council tax reasons- if you are NOT a student I will consider renting to you but you will be responsible for paying the full council tax bill. The flat has 2 bathrooms, one upstairs for myself and the un-occupied room and one downstairs shared between the room in this advert and Katie. The flat is in a very good location, on Great Western Road just a few minutes walk past Anniesland Cross. There is an Aldi and a M&S food right next door, a McDonalds and 24 hour garage across the road, a Morrisons less than 5 minutes walk away and an ASDA and Sainsbury's 5-10 minutes drive away. There is ample parking outside the flat, transport links are also very good. Several busses leave from right outside the flat- approx 10 mins to Byres Road and 20 into the city centre. There is a train station approx 5 minute walk away (at Anniesland cross) with trains to Central and Queen street station as well as others. It is a very well furnished and quiet flat, kitchen and boiler less than a year old, new double glazing less than 2 years old. I am friendly and enjoy socialising at weekends but the flat is not for parties every night as both Katie and I are on a work-intensive postgraduate course. Tenants must be non smokers and must be clean and tidy throughout the whole house. Tenants must also be willing to follow simple house rules such as no cooking at early hours of the morning, no slamming doors, closing and locking doors and windows when leaving the flat.
