Hello everyone!! I've decided to take the year out from my studies, so I'm looking for someone to rent out my room straight away. It's a large, furnished room with a double bed. In the photo the two windows at the front of the house belong to that room (gives you an idea about the size of it.) The rent is £325 per month, so that works out at around £72 per week + share of bills. The contract lasts until July. The house itself is situated very close to Mount Pleasant. It's a quiet area very close to town, with convenience stores (and hairdressers!) nearby. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (both with toilet and bath/shower.) The house has a cosy lounge with fireplace, well equipped kitchen, walled private back garden and patio. TV license and wireless broadband are all in place. Currently there are 3 other guys living there. They are all studying at Exeter Uni - 2 undergraduates (one 2nd year, one 3rd year) and one PHD student.
