Exeter housemate needed to share with 4 undergrads

Hi, we are four female students at Exeter university desperately looking for a housemate to live with us for the next academic year (starting Sept 2011). The rent is £97 a week, which is pretty cheap for Exeter.
We're a hard-working, fun mix of people, all doing different degrees and our ages range from 19 to 22. We are hoping for a housemate from approx. 18 to 26, male or female.
The room is a large single, and you can chose a single or double bed. The room is fully furnished with great views, and you also get sole use of the massive landing cupboard. The house is unusual, with four levels and three staircases. This room is on the first floor, along with both of the bathrooms and two other bedrooms. We have a big, modern kitchen, a very big sitting/dining room, outdoor space, a garage and kerb parking space. Don't be fooled by the appearance of the house from the road, it is deceptively large and extremely comfortable to live in with none of the downsides of an older house.
