I am having to leave my lovely double room in Heavitree. The room is large and comes with desk and chair, armchair, wardrobe, chest of drawers and double bed. The flat is on Fore Street, right by Heavitree shops and has a newly fitted kitchen complete with oven, microwave kettle washing maching etc. The living room is large with 2 sofa's and a big armchair and benefits from cable TV. There is a spare, multi-purpose room in the house which is currently used as a dining room/study room/ storage room. There are 2 bathrooms so you would only be sharing a bathroom with one other person. The tenancy would be until July.
Please note, the flat is currently rented by students. It is in Band B so any non-student would be charged £86/month council tax.
