I am looking for female over 18 preferred to let from December.
You would have full use of house and facilities and would be expected to maintain them to a decent standard as I like the place clean but am not OCD about it!lol.
House has gas heating, and all mod cons including wireless broadband.
Rent is inclusive of all bills and council tax.
