Hi!
I am staying in IQ student accomodation in grove street. Unfortunatley I hurt my hand and had to have surgery so now I cant live by myself so Im looking for someone to take over my tenancy. The room is a very nice studio with its own bathroom and a little kitchen, two big windows and a double bed. The rent is 150 pw but heat, electrcity, internet, water, laundry is included! You can find more information about the room etc. on the IQ accomodation website (look for studio silver). The tenancy would run from now until may (you pay the last rent in may but you can stay all of june). It's centrally located and it is very international! The people who live here are all students.
