We have 2 rooms which we will be moving out of sometime in the new year. The first is £110 per week. It has a large en-suite with shower, sink, toilet. The bedroom is large with nice decor, double bed, desk, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bookshelf and bedside cabinet. The carpet is cream and so are the walls, with brown curtains and lightshade. It is an extension at the back of the house so quiet and no-one gets disturbed if you want to play music loudly! The second is £100 per week. It is medium size and has red carpet and flowered curtains. It has patio doors leading into the garden. It has double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. It also has wall lighting. About the house: 2 other housemates, both male: 20 and 26. Second years. Large kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, sink, kettle, toaster. Has lots of cupboard space and a large fridge/freezer. Large living room/dining room. Electric fireplace. Large flat screen tv and dvd player. Sofa, one armchair and one rocking chair. Plenty of storage space and shelves around house and coat pegs etc. Medium hallway. Large garden which leads to a shortcut up to UKC (20 minute walk through countryside.) Washer and dryer in tool shed as well as bike shed in garden. 20 minute walk into town centre and also has nearby newsagents and bus stops. Please contact us if you want to come take a look around.
