Moderate-sized room available in a great four bedroom student house in Bristol, fully furnished house with huge flat-screen tv in frontroom, one designated parking space (none of the 3 of us has a car so that will be yours) and everything else you'd expect. Don't necessarily need to be a student, but will need to sign 12 month contract. House has great frontroom, bedrooms and location, less than 5 minute walk to St. Matts UWE campus and short bus ride from Frenchay. All male house so far but either gender welcome (we're not blokey, lol!) Rent includes all utilities and broadband.
