Hi. I have a single room to be rented out starting 1/8/2011. The house is located in Garthdee, around 7 minutes walk to RGU Library and 12 minutes walk to ASDA Garthdee. The house contains 3 bedrooms, a large hall, a kitchen, a toilet, huge backyard and it's fully furnished.
Currently I am staying with other 2 housemates. We are Asean females students and we are looking for female housemate only. We are friendly, clean, tidy, organised and respect with each other personal space and agreeable preferences. No smoking, pets and party allowed, couples are accepted only for occasional visits.
